There is a prorated overweight charge if you go over the allowed weight capacity, that depends on your city. Keep in mind that if the dumpster is overweight we will not be able to take it. We do not accept dumpsters full of concrete, block, brick, or dirt.

Our driver needs to cover the dumpster with a tarp, so please do not fill the dumpster over the top edges of the dumpster. All Items must fit inside the dumpster. We cannot pick up any overloaded dumpsters. All Customers will be responsible for removing any excess and will be charged a trip charge.

If you need the dumpster emptied and brought back, this is called a swap out and costs the same amount as the initial dumpster rental. Your rental period will restart the day we drop off each dumpster. We charge by the load.

No Hazardous materials, tires, waste materials, liquids, asbestos, gas, oil, medical or biohazard waste, chemicals, paint cans (unless dry with lid off), Freon, perishable items (Kitchen trash with food items) or large appliances, TV’s and computer equipment such as desktop monitors, printers, CPU’s and keyboards CANNOT be put in landfills. Yard Debris allowable but must be kept in a separate ROLL-OFF dumpster. Any banned items are subject to a fee. We do not accept dumpsters full of concrete, block, brick, or dirt.

Our price includes drop off, a rental period, pick up and the disposal of your debris up to 2 TONS. We do not accept dumpsters full of concrete, block, brick, or dirt.

It is always best to reserve your dumpster as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. If you need to reserve it on short notice, we can usually have it delivered within 24 hours (depending on availability).

We take precautions such as placing wood underneath the dumpsters to prevent any damage to your driveway or yard and sweeping and picking up anything that could be damaging such as nails or glass.
